Day 1 of 21

What clean eating means

Clean eating is not a medical term and food is not morally clean or dirty. A useful version simply means building more meals from recognizable, satisfying ingredients while keeping convenience foods, culture, pleasure, and flexibility in the picture.

  • Judge a pattern by nourishment and fit, not by purity.
  • Frozen, canned, packaged, and restaurant foods can all be useful.
  • Add helpful foods before making a long list of forbidden ones.

Today’s practice

Choose one meal you already eat. Keep it intact and add one useful element: a protein, fruit or vegetable, whole-grain or starchy carbohydrate, or satisfying fat.

What you’ll get

A flexible daily practice

A supportive starting point for people building a steady routine.

  • One practical task each unlocked day
  • Flexible catch-up without losing completed progress
  • A clear record of the momentum you build
